Belle.dk receives payment with Dankort / VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and JCB. Payment will not be withdrawn from your account until the item is shipped. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. current Danish VAT.
Belle.dk uses an authorized payment server that encrypts all your card information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.
Belle.dk delivers packages on all weekdays, when orders are received before noon 12:00 At Belle.dk, we typically ship sold items within 1-3 days after we have received an order. An e-mail will be sent to the buyer’s e-mail address when the order is registered!
Belle offers a 2 years complaint right in accordance with the Danish Purchasing Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in materials and / or fabrication. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper handling of the product. Please read the instructions that follow the product carefully. Belle.dk will cover any return costs at a reasonable extent.

Belle does not receive packages sent on demand.
If a refund has been agreed upon, please provide bank details in advance by mail. E-mail: stine[at]belle.dk, so we can transfer the agreed amount. After we have received the returned item.
A full return of 14 days is given on items purchased in our webshop. The period is counted from the day you receive the order. Return costs are not covered by Belle.dk unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Cancellation must be notified to Stine Gøeg. Please contact: stine[at]belle.dk no later than 14 days after the purchase. Within 14 days of cancellation, the returned shipment must be delivered to Belle.dk.
The cancellation notice must be sent per. E-mail: email@example.com In the Cancellation Notice, please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can also choose to use our default cancellation form and send it by returning the item. You can find it here.
The condition of the product when you return it
You are solely responsible for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling otherwise than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, condition and appearance of the item. In other words – you can assess the item in the same way as if you are considering to buy it in a physical store.
If the product has been overloaded or used in addition to what is described above, we consider the product used, which means that, in the case of a refund of the purchase, only a part of or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the commercial value of the item. In order to receive the full purchase amount, you can do as you can at a physical store. You can assess and test the product, but do not take it in real use.
