At Belle Carpets & Rugs, we typically ship sold rugs / goods within 1-3 days after we have received an order. An e-mail will be sent to the buyer’s e-mail address when the order is registered!
We know that fast delivery is of great importance to many of our customers, so we do our best to deliver as quickly as we can.
When ordering, the goods will be shipped within 1 to 3 weekdays. Excepted are carpets / goods where it is stated that they come from our remote warehouse. Here it may take a little longer to find the item. Typically 3 to 5 weekdays and in rare cases a little longer.
An e-mail will be sent to the buyer’s e-mail address when the package is shipped!
Normal delivery time after shipment to addresses in Denmark is 1-3 weekdays. Most packages are shipped with GLS or PostNord.
Larger packages are often delivered with our own car or with furniture transport – delivery as agreed.
If you wish the package to be delivered to a different address than the billing address, the address field for the different delivery address must be filled in!
